The calculation is based on the information provided and is only for general awareness and reference. MytaxIndia does not recommend making any investment decisions based on this app. The user information provided is purely voluntary and may be used or analyzed by MytaxIndia for the development of innovative products or services.
Usage of service
It is the responsibility of the taxpayer to educate himself with the prevailing rules and amendments in the Income-tax Act. For the purpose of Income Tax return filing, precise tax calculation corresponding to various sections, Acts and rules have to be ascertained by the taxpayer by availing the services of an expert if need be. Every possible amendments and provisions of the Income-tax Act or Rules may not be incorporated in the Mobile Application at all junctures, which in turn demands verification of the tax statutes by the taxpayer before making investment decisions or filing the income tax return. There shall be no attempt made to access any features we offer, other than through our website or the mobile application interface.
